Return & Refund Policy

At Green to Blue Tactical, each apparel item is made to order specifically for you. Because our products are produced on demand, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible after receiving your order.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem. Once the issue is reviewed and approved, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Size & Color Selection

Please review the available sizing information and your selected color and size carefully before placing your order. Because apparel is made to order, we cannot generally offer returns or exchanges when the wrong size or color was selected during checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders are submitted for fulfillment shortly after they are placed. Once an order has entered production, we may not be able to change or cancel it.

If you need to request a change or cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been submitted for fulfillment.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
